Ginger & Turmeric Shots

6-8 thumb sized chunks of ginger root 1 tbsp turmeric powdered (if using roots, use 6-8 thumb size chunks) 4 lemons, peeled 2 oranges, peeled 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper (not for flavour, this activates the nutrients!) A squeeze of runny honey

I placed the ginger, lemon and oranges into the juicer, once juiced, add the turmeric powder, black pepper and honey and stir, decanting into the shot bottles.
